A total of 26 Portuguese restaurants are now inside the pages of Michelin’s coveted red book, with six of these boasting two stars.
Among those with two stars are Ocean at Vila Vita and Vila Joya in Albufeira.
The locations in the Algarve with a star are Bon Bon in Carvoeiro, Vista in Praia da Rocha, Willie’s in Vilamoura and Gusto, São Gabriel and Henrique Leis, which are all in Almancil.
