The Algarve looks set to become home to Europe's first anti-ageing mega condominium

Barlavento reports that Europe's first mega luxury anti-ageing and luxury wellness condo will take shape in Portugal’s southernmost region. South Valley will be actively managed by specialist real estate investment management company TOTE SER, in partnership with international owners. The project will be a pioneer in merging apartments, single-family houses, hotels, leisure and health, including a University Campus Hospital, on a plot of 126 hectares.

I have no idea what this mega luxury anti-ageing and wellness condo is about and who it's for. Is this project meeting the sustainability goals or preserving the heritage in the region, or securing jobs and affordable housing to locals?
