The ban is due to the measures provided for in the state of emergency, decreed due to the covid-19 pandemic. There are 10 exceptions to the general, such as health or other imperative reasons.
This ban had already been applied last week, between Friday, November 27th, and the early hours of Wednesday, December 2nd.
