Why do vaccin go to politicians, police, firefighters.... and not to people wiith high risk ???

According to the vaccine producers, the vaccine will only help to minimize the health problems if one gets infected. It gives no "shield" at all!
Why is every newspaper avoiding that info? Isn't that crucial? People will get a false sense of security, thinking the vaccine will protect them from getting infected or showing it to others. Just ask your doctor, don't believe me. I'm just a concerned human.
