Shopping from this new service will be delivered between 60 and 120 minutes after processing the orders, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and to any place in the Algarve. This is the guarantee of the new SuperExpress grocery, that promises a quick, innovative and above all trustworthy service, especially now at a time when online shopping is part of most families day-to-day life. So whether you are looking for a delivery down by the beach or up in the hills it’s enough to be in the Algarve and “it’s done”.

“We live in the Algarve and we haven’t found any service of this kind in the surrounding area. In the future we want to have this service available nationally. But, for now it’s only the Algarve that can enjoy our delivery of goods within two hours maximum. The rest of the country still has to wait a couple of months for a service like this”, said Eddie Ostrovsky, responsible for the project.

With a wide range of available products, the online grocery SuperExpress also includes light meals, snacks, delicatessen, hygiene and beauty, cleaning products and a variety of alcoholic drinks.

SuperExpress also has theme packages available for special occasions, such as celebrations, anniversaries or surprise parties and it is possible to book the delivery for a certain day and time. The idea is to spread and diversify the offer according to the Clients’ feedback.

“We don’t pretend to know everything about the consumption and preferences of clients in the Algarve. We simply are aware and listen. We hope that our Clients feel the same type of proximity they would have with their local grocery shop, every hour,” said Eddie.

At this first stage, the company is working with 100 employees and a fleet of more than 20 cars and motorbikes that will collect the products from the stores and deliver them afterwards. Their logistical base is situated at Benfarras, in Boliqueime, Loulé council, a privileged location at the main axis of Algarve.

The orders may be made on both the mobile app and on, being available to the public as from 29 March. The first month is a “Beta” version. In case of any delay on delivery, SuperExpress will compensate the Client for the situation.
