The campaign follows Ryanair's announcement last week of a $300 million investment at Lisbon Airport, where it will base three more aircraft.

Job offers for pilot and cabin crew will be available at Ryanair's bases in Lisbon, Porto, Faro and Ponta Delgada, as the airline continues to invest in Portuguese regions.

Ryanair currently has an information technology HUB (Ryanair LABS Lisbon), which operates virtually, allowing its employees (qualified IT professionals) to work 100% from home. This virtual office will be expanded in the coming years.

Ryanair Director of Personnel Darrell Hughes said: “We are pleased to announce this recruitment campaign for new jobs in Portugal, as Ryanair continues to invest in our Portuguese operations, not only in Lisbon, but also in the Porto, Faro and Ponta Delgada regions. Ryanair's low fares and industry-leading environmental performance continue to drive recovery from the Covid19 pandemic, as passengers choose Ryanair to fly it. Ryanair is a major employer and investor in Portugal and we are pleased to be able to offer pilots, crew and IT professionals exciting opportunities with industry leading salaries, rosters of service and excellent career development as Ryanair grows, invests in our staff and rebuilds the tourism industry in Portugal".
