Lisbon: A dry and mainly bright weekend is expected in the capital with temperature reaching daily highs of 14 degrees and lows of 7 degrees. From Monday, intermittent cloud cover is predicted with no chance of rain and temperatures peaking at highs of 16 degrees and dropping to nightly lows of 8 degrees.

The north: Saturday is to be dry with sunny periods with highs of 12 degrees and lows of 1 degree. On Sunday, heavy rain is expected but by Monday the showers are to stop and clearer skies are predicted. For the remainder of next week temperatures are to reach highs of 15 degrees and lows of 4 degrees.

The centre: It will be feeling warm over the weekend during the day with prolonged sunny periods and daily highs of 12 degrees and nightly lows of 2 degrees. Cloud cover is to increase on Monday but it will be feeling slightly warmer with highs of 14 degrees and average nightly lows of 4 degrees.

The south: Intermittent cloud is expected on Saturday but clear skies are forecast for Sunday when temperatures will peak at highs of 17 degrees with lows of 7 degrees. Cloud cover is to increase slightly from Monday but it will remain warm with daily highs of 18 degrees and nightly lows of 9 degrees.

Madeira: It is to be wet on Saturday, although sunny periods are also expected. From Sunday the rain is to ease and temperatures will reach highs of 21 degrees and lows of 17 degrees. The remainder of the week will be mainly dry with highs of 21 degrees and lows of 16 degrees.

The Azores: It is to be a mainly grey but dry weekend in the Azores with temperatures reaching highs of 17 degrees and lows of 12 degrees. Heavy rain showers are forecast for Monday but the rain is to ease by Tuesday when temperatures will reach highs of 17 degrees and lows of 13 degrees.
