The service is intended to be used in the moments before press conferences to ensure that Government members present themselves with the best possible image.

According to Correio da Manhã, the contract provides for 50 sessions over the course of a year, with a weekly cost of approximately €230.40.

The signed contract includes makeup and makeup removal services for men and women, as well as hairstyling services for female government officials. In the same session, between one and four members of the Government may be prepared.
