More than 20,000 consumers complain about MB Way

Consumer rights watchdog Deco has today revealed that more than 20,000 consumers have already complained about transfer fees on the MB Way mobile app

According to Deco’s Consumer Protection Newsletter, it states some 24,000 consumers have now complained.

According to the document sent to subscribers, Deco argues that Banco de Portugal (BoP) should impose a "maximum transfer fee of 0.2%" on the app and "clear cost limits on all forms of payment (cards or electronic) ".
