In a statement, the Metropolitano de Lisboa states that since Monday stations located at the Entre Campos (Yellow Line), San Sebastian II (Red Line) and Marquês de Pombal (Yellow and Blue Lines) are available to users.

These stations will have the same opening hours as the existing ones: from 07:45 to 19:45, with no limit to the number of requests in the morning.

However, orders placed from 2 pm onwards are limited to 200 cards per season at Campo Grande and Marquês de Pombal stations and 100 cards per station in Entre Campos and São Sebastião, in order to ensure effective delivery time, which is one business day.

Due to the usual high traffic at Marquês de Pombal and Campo Grande stations, which has been taking place since the beginning of September, the Metro recommends that customers go to Lisboa Viva Urgentes stations at the Entre Campos and São Sebastião II stations.

These three temporary posts, which will continue until the end of October, join the three newly created Navigator Spaces to handle new pass issues, operating from 7:45 am to 7:30 pm at the Zoo stations (Blue and Green Lines), Between Campos (Yellow Line) and Alameda (Red and Green Lines).

According to Metro, in the usual 10 sales outlets, the possibility of requesting non-urgent Lisboa Viva cards remains.

Between 17 and 25 September, the old canteen of the University of Lisbon will have a post available for the realization of Lisboa Viva cards, thus simplifying students' lives.

Users of the Lisbon Metropolitan Area (AML) began on April 1 to experience relief in public transport prices under the Tariff Reduction Programme, a measure aimed at reducing the use of individual transport.

A metropolitan pass has been created which allows travel in all AML counties for a maximum cost of 40 Euros and a municipal pass for those travelling only within one county which costs 30 Euros.

The Navegante Familia pass began to be sold on July 26 to be used from August, and users had the opportunity to apply from July 22 at the service desks of public passenger transport operators or portalviva.pt.

The Navegante Familia (municipal or metropolitan) pass modality allows three or more family members with proven residence in one of AML's 18 municipalities to pay a maximum of two metropolitan passes (80 Euros).

If the pass is Navegante Municipal Family, the amount will be 60 Euros.
