The United Nations secretary-general has attacked nationalism around anti-Covid-19 vaccines, warning that the world is facing the greatest moral test ever, in a speech calling for increased funding for the Covax mechanism.

These warnings were transmitted by former Portugal Prime Minister António Guterres in a speech he gave for the opening session of the Ibero-American Summit, in Andorra, dedicated to the themes of sustainable development and the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.
