The districts of Vila Real and Bragança will be under a yellow weather warning today, due to the forecast of heavy rain and thunderstorms, according to the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA).

The two districts will be under a warning between 12:00 and 21:00 today, due to the forecast of locally heavy showers, sometimes hail, and accompanied by strong gusts of wind and thunderstorms.
The yellow warning is issued by the IPMA whenever there is a risk situation for certain activities dependent on the weather situation.
