The districts of Viseu, Évora, Guarda, Setúbal, Santarém, Lisbon, Beja, Castelo Branco, and Portalegre are under a yellow warning until 6pm today, and Bragança and Vila Real are under a yellow warning until 6pm Friday.
The IPMA forecasts mostly partly cloudy skies on the mainland today, with temporary increases in cloudiness, light winds, and mist or fog in some areas along the coast.
Minimum temperatures will range from 11 degrees Celsius (in Viana do Castelo and Braga) to 24 degrees Celsius (in Portalegre), and maximum temperatures will range from 22 degrees Celsius (in Aveiro) to 38 degrees Celsius (in Évora).
For the Madeira archipelago, the forecast predicts mostly partly cloudy skies, light to moderate easterly winds, and a slight rise in temperatures in the highlands.
In Funchal, temperatures will range from 21 to 29 degrees Celsius, and in Porto Santo, from 20 to 26 degrees Celsius.
