The 33-year-old Moldovan was caught red-handed by PSP police after attempting to steal several thousands of euros worth of wedding dresses after breaking into the shop.
According to newspaper Correio da Manhã, the incident happened during the early hours of last Friday morning at around 5.30am. The would-be thief was stopped after being spotted going in and out of the shop by a local who called the police.
