According to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Housing, most of the nine proposed amendments presented by the concessionaire were considered relevant and widely agreed upon.

The changes include reducing the maximum runway length, increasing the distance between runways to allow for triple-independent operation, and adding contact parking spaces.

While the legal process for updating the specifications stipulated in the concession contract is ongoing, the Government considers it feasible for ANA to move forward with preparing the following reports—environmental and technical—based on the optimised versions of the specifications already validated by the State.
