On the ground during that period, 339 operatives and 113 ground resources were employed, according to the same source, who added that the heavy rain, accompanied by wind, caused 81 floods, 10 tree falls and involved six street clean-ups, mainly in Lisbon and the Tagus river valley and on the Setúbal peninsula.

On Sunday, 16 November, in mainland Portugal, 208 incidents had already been reported by 8 pm, mainly small floods and clean-ups, although the majority were in the Porto Metropolitan Area.
