This project seeks to address a shortage of support for people with intellectual disabilities, as only 37 percent have access to specialised care, which profoundly impacts development, wellbeing, and social inclusion.

The centre, co-financed through the Recovery and Resilience Plan, is expected to be operational by March and will offer specialised therapies, residential care, and inclusion training.
