Victims of domestic violence will be entitled to a subsidy

Victims of domestic violence forced to change residency will be entitled to a special family restructuring subsidy. This legislation was passed on 11 November in the Council of Ministers.

"The law establishing a special family restructuring license and its allowance, applicable to victims of domestic violence who are therefore obliged to change their residency, has been approved," the Council of Ministers statement said.

According to the Government, the allowance will be allocated for a period of up to 10 days during which absences from work are justified.
