The session, being held at the Dra. Laura Ayres Sports Gymnasium in Quarteira is part of the commemorations of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
The CPCJ, within the scope of its mission to prevent and promote the rights of children and young people, recognizes the importance of "raising community awareness of the different forms of violence, including gender-based violence, which so often has a direct impact on family dynamics and the well-being of children."
"More than learning techniques, this is a moment of self-worth, recognition of limits, and affirmation of the right to live safely," emphasises the Loulé municipality.
Participation is free.
