Throughout the year, the multinational recruited approximately 18,000 workers across the country.

This performance is driven by the integration of the Portuguese operation into Job&Talent's global artificial intelligence platform, already fully implemented in international markets linked to e-commerce and logistics. In these contexts, the company has recorded fill rates close to 100%, with more than 60% of workers placed during peak periods and significant reductions in hiring times and operational costs—a dynamic now being replicated in Portugal.

With three decades of presence in the national market as Multitempo, the company now combines local knowledge with a global technological infrastructure, allowing it to operate on a larger scale and with greater predictability than traditional temporary work models.

At the heart of this transformation is the Job&Talent Business App, which enables companies to manage planning, attendance, communication, and performance in real time. The platform directly connects operational needs to on-site execution, with a direct impact on indicators such as fill rate, productivity, retention, and attendance.

The recruitment area is also now supported by Clara, an artificial intelligence agent from the Job&Talent platform, responsible for automating initial contact and candidate screening. Operating on an omnichannel funnel continuously fed by digital channels, the solution allows for faster, more consistent, and scalable processes, even in high-volume hiring contexts. This approach extends to the candidate experience, with a new website and a fully integrated candidate tracking system within the group's global platform.

According to Isabel Borges, Country Manager of Job&Talent powered by Multitempo in Portugal, "three months after the rebranding was completed, the results confirm the combination of global technology and an experienced local operation, allowing us to deliver scale, quality, and predictability to our clients."

In addition to its financial and operational results, the company was awarded the Five Star Award in the Temporary Employment category for the second consecutive year and received the Consumer Choice Award for the first time. According to Isabel Borges, these distinctions reflect "the ability to combine technology, execution, and proximity in a highly competitive and complex sector."
